Family & Lifestyle Newborn

For growing families, new beginnings and all the beautiful moments in between. Sessions are relaxed and gently guided, with a focus on genuine connection rather than stiff poses.

For newborn sessions, I come to the comfort of your home and bring a selection of newborn props and outfits. Baby will be gently posed where appropriate, while keeping the overall session natural and centred around your family.

Your wedding deserves to be remembered for more than how it looked — I want you to remember how it felt.

My wedding photography blends naturally guided portraits with candid storytelling, capturing everything from the quiet details and happy tears to the celebrations and little moments happening in between.

Wedding collections can be tailored depending on the length and coverage of your day, whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a full wedding celebration.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! Vie Captures is based in Auckland, but I’m happy to travel anywhere across New Zealand to capture your special day. Additional travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the location, and these will always be discussed with you before booking.

2. how many images will we get?

The number of images you’ll receive depends on the type and length of your session or event. Each package includes an estimated number of professionally edited, high-resolution images, which will be outlined before booking. I focus on delivering a thoughtfully curated gallery that tells your story rather than simply aiming for a particular number of photos.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that sometimes plans change. Your booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and time. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations, rescheduling and any applicable fees will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in your signed Service Agreement.

4. do you offer videography?

At this stage, Vie Captures specialises in photography and does not offer videography services. However, I’d be more than happy to recommend videographers who may be a great fit for your day.

5. Do you provide RAW or unedited photos?

No. I only deliver professionally edited images that reflect the Vie Captures style. RAW, unedited, duplicate, test, or out-of-focus images are not included in your final gallery.

6. Can I use my photos on social media?

Absolutely! Your images are yours to enjoy, print, and share on your personal social media accounts. Vie Captures retains copyright of the photographs, so commercial use, resale, or significant alterations to the images require prior permission.

7. Do you provide props for newborn sessions?

Yes. I can bring a selection of newborn props and outfits for lifestyle newborn sessions. You’re also welcome to include your own sentimental items, blankets, or outfits.

8. Do you guarantee a specific photo or pose?

I’m always happy to hear about any must-have photographs you have in mind and will do my best to capture them. However, specific images cannot always be guaranteed due to timing, lighting, weather, venue restrictions, cooperation of participants, and other circumstances outside my control.
